Hey pixels, what’s even better than a cake? A cake in a mug, of course. And even better? A chocolate cake in a mug 😉
Because chocolate makes everything better. Specially when you can have your cake done in less than five minute. And it only serves one, so you can do it everytime you want without having to eat a whole cake. You’re welcome.
(You can make it vegan changing the milk and butter for vegan versions)
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 25 g flour
- 50 ml milk
- optional: a teaspoon of sugar (I really think it’s not necessary)
Directions:
Melt the butter in the microwave.
Add the dry ingredients and mix. When it’s full incorporated, add the milk and mix again
Heat one more minute, and you’re done. Easiest cake ever!!!
