Hey pixels!! Another brownie recipe! What do you think? Last Summer we made mini brownies, and we have our quick and easy individual version of a big brownie, too. But today’s recipe is the classic version: you make just one big and yummy cake.
I made this brownie last Saturday. I had a lecture club meeting, and it was like a kind of party: we had to bring something to eat or drink. So, I made this cake. I love to make cakes when I have to take food somewhere. And everyone loves chocolate… A brownie is always a good idea.
- 140g unsalted butter
- 140g dark chocolate
- 25g cocoa powder
- 40g flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 225g sugar
Preheat oven at 160ºC
Melt together chocolate and butter. Use a double boiler or the microwave.
Mix cocoa powder, baking powder and flour. Set aside.
Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy (3-5′). Add melted chocolate/butter and mix well. Add dry ingredients and mix.
Pour mixture in a greased square mold. Bake for about 40′.
Allow to cool completely before unmold. If you want, sprinle some cocoa powder on top to decorate.
Do you like brownies, my happy pixels? I love chocolate, and I think brownies are the best!! Please, let me know if you make this one!!
