So, what about a nice self care activity? Remember, self care is important. Taking care of yourself is not selfish; actually if you are not ok, you can’t help or care about others. So is important for you and your health to dedicate some time to yourself. There is a wide range of activities you can make. Tons of them are inexpensive or even free. No excuses, then.
