Best frittata ever.

Hey pixels!! This is our first recipe using some food leftovers. Yesterday I cooked a lot of spaguetti, but we weren’t hungry enough to eat them all. So today I’ve used the leftovers to make this awesome frittata. Recipe included is just for one, but you can make more easily.

Also, the recipe is so great that you can even cook your pasta just to make it.

Ingredients (serves 1):

  • Spaguetti leftovers (I used this recipe)
  • 1 egg
  • grated mozzarella, to taste
  • fresh basil, chopped

Preheat oven at 200ºC.

In a large bowl, mix spaguetti, basil and cheese. Add the egg and mix well.

Transfer your pasta mix to an oven-proof ramekin.

Bake for 30′, or until the eggs are fully cooked and the spaguetti is slightly crispy around the edges.

How do you use your food leftovers? Are you going to make this recipe? Please, let me know in the comments below.
