Egg salad sandwich

Hey pixels!! Today’s recipe is perfect to take at school or at the office. Or at a picinic… it’s a delicious sandwich you can eat everywhere. Even at home (may i suggest it as a cool and quick dinner?).


Feel free to use any kind of bread, and to change ingredients. There are a lot of possible combinations, and all of them are good.

Ingredients (for 1 person):

  • 1 boiled egg, cubed
  • 4-5 lettuce leaves
  • vegan maio
  • optional: vegan tuna (or regular tuna if you eat fish)
  • 1/2 baguette


Cut your bread in two. Cover one side with lettuce leaves.

Mix egg, maio, and if you’re using, tuna. Cover lettuce leaves. Add the second piece of bread.

Eat. Or if you’re taking your sandwich somewhere, wrap it or put it into a bento box.

Ingredientes (para 1 persona):

  • 1 huevo hervido, en cubos
  • 4-5 hojas de lechuga
  • mayonesa vegana
  • opcional: atún vegano (o atún normal de lata si coméis pescado)
  • 1/2 baguette


Abrir el pan. Cubrir la mitad inferior con las hojas de lechuga.

Mezclar el huevo, la mayonesa, y si estáis usando, el atún. Cubrir con ello las hojas de lechuga. Cerrar el sandwich.

Comer. O si lo hacéis para comer fuera, envolver o meter en una fiambrera.
