Watermelon popsicles / polos de sandía

Hey pixels!! It’s time to make some ice cream!! Temperatures are still high, and here we are sweating all day… I love Atumn…. But it won’t be here in a couple of months…

So it’s time to make Summer recipes!! Like this one: fresh, vegan, and full of vitamins. If you skip sugar, it’s even healthier. But I must admit my popsicles have this tablespoon brown sugar. I couldn’t resist the temptation…

I love fruit popsicles. Now there is a lot of fresh fruit available, so why not freezing it to make even tastier?? Oh, and the recipe is so easy to make… I hope you like it, my happy pixels!!

Ingredients (8 units):

  • 380g fresh watermelon
  • optional: 1 tablespoon brown sugar

popsicles 1

Directions:

Just blend. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4-5 hours.

Note: instead of freezing the liquid watermelon, you can drink it as a smoothie.

Do you make your own popsicles or ice cream at home, my happy pixels? If you’re making this popsicles, why not instagram your version? Use the hashtag #thehappiestpixel.

Ingredientes (8 unidades):

  • 380g de sandía fresca
  • opcional: 1 cucharada de azúcar moreno

Instrucciones:

Triturar.
