Actually, making a lot of small brownies is the same work as making a big one, so you can make the recipe but using a big mold to make a giant brownie.

Ingredients (makes about 35 units):

  • 450g dark chocolate
  • 12 eggs
  • 600g butter
  • 600g sugar
  • 160g flour
  • optional: something to decorate, like nuts or white chocolate chips

Whisk eggs. Add sugar and keep mixing for 4-5′

Melt butter and chocolate together. Add to the eggs mixture.

Add flour, mix well. If you’re using nuts or chips, add here.

Pour dough into paper molds.

Bake until a toothpick comes out clean.

Do you love chocolate as much as I do? What’s your favourite chocolate dessert? Please, let me know in the comments below.
