Hey pixels, it’s Monday again 😦
Nooooooooooooooo!!! Why??? Probably the less favorite day of most people… at least mine… I feel to lazy even to cook… So on Mondays I usually make quick and easy recipes, like this one. It’s a healthy pasta recipe, simple, unexpensive, vegan and tasteful!! And it’s totally ready in less than 30′. Perfect 🙂
But the best part is completely home made. Even the sauce. And it requires no hard work or a lot of ingredients. Can you ask for more, my happy pixels?? I can’t.
Feel free to use any kind of pasta you have at home, the result is the same. And add ingredients to the sauce if you want… It’s up to you!!

Ingredients (serves 3):
- tagliatelle (the amount you usually use for 3 person)
- 1 can tomato sauce
- salt, sugar, oregano
- 1 onion, chopped
- optional: vegan grated cheese
Cook the pasta acording to the package directions
While the pasta is cooking, cook the onion in olive oil for 5′. Add the tomato sauce and season with salt, sugar and oregano. Cook on low heat, stirring constantly, for about 10-15′
Drain the pasta and mix it with the sauce. Serve warm. If you want, sprinkle some vegan grated cheese on top.
Variation: you can use a leek instead of an onion. And if you want a more sophisticated sauce, you can add vegetables on it: mushrooms, broccoli, carrots….
