Hey pixels, not all the recipes are difficult and with a lot of ingredients! This was my dinner yesterday, it’s wonderful, it only needs 4 ingredients and it’s done in 20 minutes. Can you ask for more? Yes! It’s pizza! As you know, I love pizza! And you?
This is the basic version of this dish, but of course you can add the ingredients you want to your pizza sandwich: veggies, blue cheese…. It’s up to you, be as creative as you want 😉
Ingredients (makes 1 serving):
- 2 bread slices
- tomato sauce
- grated mozzarella
Preheat oven at 165ºC
Cover the bread slices with tomato sauce; put the cheese and the oregano on top.
Bake for 5-8′, until the cheese is melted.
Can’t be easier, can be? I hope you enjoy it, it’s an awesome dinner when you don’t have enough time to cook properly or when you have few food on your pantry… lol. Don’t worry, it happens to the best of us. 😉
