DIY 37: how to bake chestnuts at home

Hey pixels!! Nuts are not only healthy and yummy, but a perfect Autumn treat. Better? Yes, bake them and will be even better!! Warm and soft, wonderful while watching a good film under your blanket and sipping from a cup of tea.

 

Are you enjoying Autumn? Have you accomplished any of your Autumn goals? I admit I should revisit some of my own. And this is the best way of doing it: eating chestnuts and drinking tea.

Here is the how to, my happy pixels!!

Ingredients:

  • chestnuts (the amount you want)

Directions:

Preheat oven at 200ºC

Half your chestnuts; wet them a bit.

Bake them for 15-20′, or until they are brown but soft.

Instrucciones:

Precalienta el horno a 200ºC

Haz un corte a cada castaña; humedecerlas un poco.

Hornear durante 15-20′, o hasta que estén doradas pero aún blanditas.
